The Office of Financial Aid, in conjunction with the scholarship committee, has the privilege of awarding numerous scholarships to Purdue Northwest students due to the generosity of our donors. Students are selected for scholarships based on academic performance, program of study, grade classification, enrollment status or other selection criteria.
Complete this application to be considered for a scholarship. In addition, include a 250-word essay on the following topic:
“If you had the authority to change your community in a positive way, what specific changes would you make and how would you go about this?”.
Applications received without an essay will not be considered for a scholarship.
Only one application per student will be accepted.

Students selected to receive a scholarship will be notified via an award notification from the Office of Financial Aid. All correspondence from the Office of Financial Aid will be sent via your Purdue University Northwest student email. Completing a scholarship application does not guarantee award of a scholarship.
As a scholarship applicant, I hereby authorize the Office of Financial Aid at Purdue University Northwest, to release the information contained on this application, as well as my academic transcripts to campus faculty, staff and/or private donors and local media as may be required in connection with securing, or renewing, a scholarship on my behalf. Furthermore, I understand that scholarships may be denied or withdrawn if I fail to commence or continue meeting donor specified criteria or if any information reported on this application is found to be intentionally misleading or inaccurate.
