The Mastodon Advising Center (MAC) advises Guest/Summer students visiting from other colleges outside of the IU or Purdue systems. Any guest student who is requesting a prerequisite override for a class at IPFW must complete the following waiver form.

I have verified that the course I am taking at IPFW will transfer and meet requirements at my home campus.  I have completed the required prerequisite courses for this class (or classes).  I understand that I am responsible for the class choices that I have made. I will not hold IPFW responsible if I do not have the appropriate preparation to succeed in the course(s) in which I have chosen to enroll or if the course(s) in which I have chosen to enroll will not meet degree requirements at my home campus. I also agree that if I find out that I am not prepared for this course, I will withdraw from the course by the full refund deadline that is printed in the Schedule of Classes.
